About Event Promotional Packages

 
In an effort to promote relevant educational experiences, CLC has created Event Promotional Packages, designed to provide regional child life groups and related organizations with opportunities to market their conferences, workshops and other events to members of the Child Life Council.

 

Why Promote an Event through the Child Life Council?

Promotional Package Options


Promotional Package - A      $100.00 U.S.

Application must be received by CLC at least two months prior to event

Application must be received by CLC at least four months prior to event

A Note About Professional Development Hours (PDHs)

Many Certified Child Life Specialists who have been certified by examination will be seeking PDH (Professional Development Hour) credits toward recertification. They earn PDHs by attending structured workshops and presentations on topics related to the content of the Child Life Professional Certification Examination. Networking sessions, meetings (e.g. business meetings), poster sessions and facility tours are NOT acceptable for PDH hours. CLC members and CCLSs may still wish to attend such events, but under no circumstances should they be represented as PDH-eligible. Refer to the Exam Content Outline for specific content areas that will be considered acceptable.
