Requesting Event Promotional Packages for External Education Programs


Application process


Step 1 - Determine which promotional package you think best suits the marketing needs for your event (refer to About Event Promotional Packages).

Step 2 - Complete the Promotional Package for External Education Programs Application Form .

Step 3 - Submit the application form via email to conference@childlife.org.

The application must include:
 
  1. Event Title
  2. Event Date(s)
  3. Event Location
  4. Host Organization Name
  5. Host Organization Web site 
  6. Event Contact: Name, Email, Phone, Fax 
  7. Event Web page (if applicable)
  8. Text of Announcement for Bulletin; 100 words or less (Package C only)


Review Process

CLC staff will review the submitted materials to determine that all necessary information has been included. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing. Once the application is approved, CLC staff will send a confirmation to the event contact, and will begin the promotion process for your event, based on the package that you have selected.
