Mailing Lists
Enhance your organization’s visibility and connect with the child life community through the Child Life Council Mailing List Program. Whether you are selling products or services, advancing a noteworthy mission, or conducting market research, CLC has a mailing list option designed to meet your needs. For your convenience, each mailing list is formatted as an easy-to-use Excel spreadsheet delivered via email as an attachment.
How to Order a Mailing List
Standard mailing lists may be purchased with a credit card through the CLC Bookstore. By placing an order online for a CLC mailing list, you agree to adhere to the Mailing List Rental Agreement, which states that each purchased mailing list is intended for single-use, and is non-refundable.
Please review the full Mailing List Rental Agreement prior to placing your order.
CLC must review and approve a sample of your intended mailing before the mailing list will be delivered. The sample may be sent as an attachment via email to orders@childlife.org, faxed to 301-881-7092, or mailed to the CLC office at:

To pay by check, please complete the CLC Mailing List Order Form 
and mail it to the CLC office, along with payment and a sample of the intended mailing.
Processing Time
Standard mailing lists take one week to process. Specialized lists may take 2 to 3 weeks to process. All mailing lists will be delivered electronically in a spreadsheet format upon approval of the intended mailing.
Standard Mailing Lists
Standard mailing lists for the following target groups are available for purchase online :
- CLC Program Leaders List -- $600 US
- CLC Members List -- $700 US
- Certified Child Life Specialists List -- $700 US
- Regional Lists (choose CLC Members or Certified Child Life Specialists) -- $500 US each
- NORTHEAST REGION: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania
- SOUTHEAST REGION: West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky
- WEST COAST REGION: California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii
- NORTHERN MIDWEST REGION: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio
- SOUTHERN MIDWEST REGION: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi
