The CLC Annual Conference on Professional Issues is a unique event devoted exclusively to the child life profession. During our 27th Annual Conference in 2009, participants will take advantage of a diverse array of educational opportunities as they connect with colleagues from around the world, discuss current child life issues, and work for the advancement of the profession. The conference will take place May 21-24, 2009 at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, Massachusetts. Consider becoming a conference sponsor or exhibitor, and capture the imaginations of more than 1,000 child life specialists and related professionals. Conference Sponsorship
Each year, sponsors make it possible for CLC to provide a high-quality conference program, while maintaining affordable registration rates for our members. Sponsor an Annual Conference event, such as a meal for attendees, a networking reception, or a featured conference session. Or, help us alleviate printing and production costs by sponsoring a takeaway item, such as conference tote bags, lanyards, or the conference proceedings book. Several child life programs and supporting organizations nationwide have already committed as sponsors for 2009, but there are plenty of opportunities left for involvement.

All sponsors will be recognized in the conference newsletter distributed to attendees, in the Bulletin newsletter distributed to more than 3,700 CLC members, and on signs at the sponsored event. Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Exhibiting at the Annual Conference
The Conference Planning Committee is currently finalizing exhibitor packages for the 2009 Annual Conference. Please check back in August for more information on pricing and benefits, and to download an application. More than 1,000 child life professionals attend the conference each year, and they look forward to visiting the Exhibit Hall to check out the latest innovative products and services available to the child life community.
