Online Registration is Now Closed...

If you missed the pre-registration deadline and would like to register on-site for the conference, please bring your completed registration form, registration fees, and proof of full-time student status (if applicable) to the On-Site Registration Desk, where CLC staff will be available to assist you. Please note, reservations for the conference intensives and the hospital tour can be made by pre-registration only. All have limited space and will fill up quickly. 

 

Online Registration for those Paying with a Check or Money Order

Need to pay your registration fees with a check or money order?  You will be given the option either to pay by credit card at the time of registration, or print an invoice and mail a check separately. All check payments must be received by the CLC office no later than May 1, 2013.  

Before registration, be sure to read through the Conference Program  and determine which sessions and events you wish to attend. You must select your sessions as part of the online registration process in order to secure your space at desired events. 

 

 

Paper Registration

Those who are unable to submit their conference registration online should fill out the Conference Registration Form, and bring it with you to Conference. This method of registration does not guarantee first-choice session selections, as certain events may fill or sell out online before registration forms can be processed. 

 

On-Site Registration

If you miss the pre-registration deadline and find it necessary to register on-site for the conference, please bring your completed registration form, registration fees, and proof of full-time student status (if applicable) to the On-Site Registration Desk, where CLC staff will be available to assist you. Registration Deadlines and Rates

The best discounted registration fees are available for those who register by March 8, 2013. The deadline for pre-registration is May 1, 2013, after which time, participants may only register on-site. Although we will do our best to accommodate everyone, those participants who register on-site may find there is only limited access to certain conference events, due to overwhelming popularity in the pre-registration phase or unanticipated demand from on-site registrants. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend that you pre-register well in advance of the conference.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund requests for CLC basic conference registration, minus a $50 service fee, will be honored if received in writing by CLC no later than Monday, April 15, 2013. No refunds will be given after that date, and substitue attendees will not be accepted. All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent via email to conference@childlife.org. Refunds will be given for basic registration only -- refunds are not available for the intensives, special events, exhibit hall or hospital tours. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.

 

Special Services for Participants with Disabilities

Individuals who require special services to allow full participation in the conference must notify CLC in writing at conference@childlife.org, no later than April 1, 2013.

 

IMPORTANT! Conference Registration and Receipt

Participants who register online will receive an automatic registration confirmation and receipt via email immediately following their submission. For those who submit their registration by fax or mail, confirmations/receipts will be generated and emailed from CLC headquarters prior to the conference . Please bring this receipt with you to the conference. On-site registrants may request a receipt at the time of registration.
